Gourmet Nut Assorted Nuts

As a snack food company whose mission is to provide great-tasting food made from healthy, quality ingredients, Gourmet Nut is home to a collection of brands with a wide variety of products. We redesigned the packaging for their line of Assorted Nuts to elevate the brand with a premium & artisanal aesthetic that utilized a mix of product photography and custom illustrations. Complete with a bold & flexible color palette, we extended the design to encompass additional flavors that resulted in a cohesive & impactful presence on shelf.

Maple Stream™

Coombs Family Farms is a 7th generation maple syrup company that is steeped in heritage. As one of the largest producers of maple syrup in New England, they are also pushing innovation. The company approached us with designing the world’s first sprayable maple syrup – real, organic maple syrup sold in a pressurized can. Our goal was to communicate product usage and create messaging about how this innovative product works, while fitting it into the current brand lineup. We created a range of concepts that explored naming, messaging, photography and illustration. The resulting design is a modern nod to the company’s heritage.

Perfect Pairings™

Another brand under the Gourmet Nut umbrella, Perfect Pairings™ is the indulgent snack that satisfies a sweet tooth AND provides nutritional benefits. Comprised of nuts, espresso beans and superfruits covered in dark chocolate, Gourmet Nut wanted to differentiate this line from their regular Assorted Nuts. This project ran the gamut, including name ideation, logo design, and packaging design. The end result combined photography with illustration to enhance the decadence of the dark chocolate & maximize appetite appeal. When it came to color, we created a premium aesthetic by maintaining the neutral beige on top while flooding the bottom half with a pop of rich colors to differentiate SKUs.

GlaxoSmithKline Denture Care

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) wanted to educate consumers on the proper use of Denture Care products & encourage them to become denture wearers with a personalized oral health regimen. We created visual strategies for the category to help increase shopper education & engagement, including in-store solutions, digital promotions, and a branded landing page. The combination of simplified messaging, inspirational lifestyle imagery, and a refreshing color palette resulted in a positive look & feel that appeals to consumers of all ages.

Ferrara Candy Company

As a leader in the sweet snacking category & with a portfolio of brands, Ferrara Candy Company believes in sharing delight in every bite. In preparation for an upcoming tradeshow, they approached us with the task of designing full page trade ads that showcased innovative new items while remaining fun & colorful to be consistent with their brand personality. The end result was a range of ads that stood out with bold colors, fun patterns, and playful product interaction.

Creative Crispies Co.

Creative Crispies Co. is an emerging artisanal snack brand that specializes in made-to-order rice crispie treats hand-crafted and customized for any occasion. The team approached us with the task of refreshing their identity, so we put a more modern twist on the typography, created an icon that utilized the C from the name, and used a color palette that reinforced the deliciously cute nature of the product. We also included a subtle smile element in the icon as a nod to the friendly and approachable essence of the brand (and it’s extra fun to animate!). From there, we explored label options, ultimately landing on a hang tag format, and rolled out the new brand assets to a POP/POS display and a sell sheet.

GlaxoSmithKline Nicotinell® Amazon Storefront

With a global presence in the Smokers’ Health category, GlaxoSmithKline wanted to leverage insights from recent research to enhance the Amazon storefront for their Nicotinell® brand in the United Kingdom. We started by creating a strategic sitemap and wireframe to outline a user experience that was specific to the different types of shoppers in the category. When it came to the design, we wanted to challenge category norms by utilizing inspirational lifestyle imagery & crafting motivational messaging to make an emotional connection with consumers. The end result leveraged the familiar Nicotinell® branding and visually communicated important information, like product usage & benefits, common smoking triggers, and health benefits of quitting smoking.

As the oldest architectural firm in New Jersey, SSP Architects wanted to celebrate 125 years in business with an updated identity and website. We created a new corporate logo and extended it to a website that further built upon their foundation of heritage, success, and approachability. With a modernized look, the SSP Architectural Group website was cohesive, representative of the company’s personality, engaging, and user-friendly.

Abbot's Butcher

Abbot’s Butcher crafts plant-based meats utilizing simple whole ingredients. The sales team was seeking a brochure to use as an educational tool for B2B use in selling to chefs and restaurants. With a unique and premium product, it was important to create a brochure that was visually compelling, engaging, and informative. Through the balanced use of both lifestyle imagery and food photography that enhances appetite appeal, we established a culinary aesthetic & clearly communicated the benefits of these products.

GlaxoSmithKline Digestive Health

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is a global healthcare company whose mission is to help people do more, feel better, and live longer. We created a booklet to educate consumers on the Digestive Health category by developing visual solutions based on data, insights & strategies. By separating the content into two segments, Digestive Health & Digestive Wellness, we clearly highlighted the benefits of each area through the use of icons, health & wellness tips, and recommended products.

WeatherWorks

WeatherWorks, a local weather forecasting service, wanted a brochure that explained their new WeatherWorks Advantage software, which helps businesses plan for weather-related incidences. The brochure clearly and concisely communicates who the company is and the benefits of their program. Additional marketing collateral, including stationery, business cards, and a style guide, ensure consistency of brand assets across marketing touch-points & help build brand equity.
